Nikki was especially incredible when I had a tire puncture in the middle of the Eisenhower tunnel on I-70 — it was flat as a pancake by the other end. She found me a nearby tow and repair service (it was dark) and really made me feel like they were taking care of me. I was a bit on edge from the incident but they had my back.
